وَعَنْ جُنْدُبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَجَلِيُّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ فَلْيَذْبَحْ مَكَانَهَا أُخْرَى وَمَنْ لَمْ يَذْبَحْ حَتَّى صَلَّيْنَا فَلْيَذْبَحْ على اسْم الله»

Jundub ibn Abdullah al-Bajali reported that the Messenger of God said: Whoever slaughters before the prayer must slaughter another in its place. Whoever waits until we have prayed should slaughter in the name of God. Al-Bukhari and Muslim transmitted it.
