Abu al-Khalil reported from Abu Qatadah: The Prophet (peace be upon him) disliked prayer at midday until the sun declined, except on Friday. He said: ‘Hell is stoked except on Friday.’ Abu Dawud transmitted it and noted that Abu al-Khalil did not meet Abu Qatadah.

The Arabic repeats the phrase الصلاة نصف النهار حتى نصف النهار (‘prayer at midday until midday’) before continuing ‘until the sun declines.’ The translation omits the duplicated fragment as an apparent textual repetition while preserving the complete time limit.
Should the duplicated words be retained literally or treated as a copying error?
