He also reported: A blind man came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: ‘O Messenger of God, I have no one to guide me to the mosque.’ He asked the Messenger of God to grant him permission to pray at home, and permission was granted. When he turned to leave, the Prophet called him and asked: ‘Do you hear the call to prayer?’ He said, ‘Yes.’ He replied: ‘Then answer it.’ Muslim transmitted it.
