Abu Hurayrah said: “I heard my beloved Abu al-Qasim (ﷺ) say: ‘The prayer of a woman who has put on perfume to go to the mosque is not accepted until she bathes as she would after major ritual impurity.’” Abu Dawud transmitted it; Ahmad and al-Nasaʾi also transmitted a similar report.
Notes and open questions — unreviewed
The Arabic calls Abu al-Qasim the speaker’s beloved (ḥibbī) and says the woman bathes the ghusl associated with janābah. The final clause says Ahmad and al-Nasaʾi transmitted something similar, not necessarily this exact wording.
