عَنْ نَافِعٍ: أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ عَبْدًا مِنْ رَقِيقِ الْإِمَارَةِ وَقَعَ على وليدةٍ من الخُمسِ فاستَكرهَها حَتَّى افتضَّها فَجَلَدَهُ عُمَرُ وَلَمْ يَجْلِدْهَا مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُ استكرهها. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
Translation
Nafi reported that Safiyya daughter of Abu Ubayd told him: A slave belonging to the governor's household had intercourse with a young slave woman from the fifth of the spoils and forced her, deflowering her. Umar flogged him and did not flog her, because he had compelled her. Al-Bukhari transmitted it.
