Translation
Ibn Abbas also reported that he said: Whoever has intercourse with an animal incurs no prescribed penalty. Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud transmitted it. Al-Tirmidhi said, quoting Sufyan al-Thawri: This is more sound than the first hadith, which says, Whoever has intercourse with an animal, kill him. The scholars act according to this report.
