Arabic hadith text

وَعَن عبد الله بن عكيم قَالَ: أَتَانَا كِتَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَنْ لَا تَنْتَفِعُوا مِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ وَلَا عَصَبٍ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ

Translation

ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿUkaim said: ‘A letter from the Messenger of Allah came to us, stating: “Do not make use of the hide or sinew of an animal that has died.”’ Al-Tirmidhī, Abū Dāwūd, al-Nasāʾī, and Ibn Mājah transmitted it.
