عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَحُثُّنَا عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ وَيَنْهَانَا عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَرَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيّ عَن أنس
Translation

‘Ali told that a Jewess who was reviling the Prophet and speaking evil of him was strangled to death by a man and the Prophet allowed no payment to be made for her death. Abu Dawud transmitted it.
