Translation

Abu Hurayrah reported that the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) said: ‘God, Mighty and Majestic, raises the rank of a righteous servant in Paradise, and he asks, “My Lord, how did I receive this?” He replies, “Through your child’s seeking forgiveness for you.”’ Ahmad transmitted it. The Arabic source marks it as not studied by al-Albani.
