Mishkat al-Masabih 2395
وَعَنْ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ قَالَ إِذَا أَصْبَحَ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ كَانَ لَهُ عَدْلُ رَقَبَةٍ مِنْ وَلَدِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَكُتِبَ لَهُ عَشْرُ حَسَنَاتٍ وَحَطَّ عَنْهُ عَشْرَ سَيِّئَاتٍ وَرفع عَشْرُ دَرَجَاتٍ وَكَانَ فِي حِرْزٍ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَ وَإِنْ قَالَهَا إِذَا أَمْسَى كَانَ لهُ مثلُ ذَلِك حَتَّى يُصبحَ ". قَالَ حَمَّاد بن سَلمَة: فَرَأَى رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيمَا يَرَى النَّائِمُ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبَا عَيَّاشٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْكَ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا قَالَ: «صَدَقَ أَبُو عَيَّاشٍ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَابْن مَاجَه
Abu ‘Ayyash reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever says in the morning, ‘There is no god but Allah alone, without partner. To Him belong sovereignty and praise, and He has power over all things,’ will have the reward of freeing a descendant of Ishmael, ten good deeds will be recorded for him, ten sins will be erased, and he will be raised ten degrees; he will be protected from Satan until evening. If he says it in the evening, he will receive the like of that until morning.” Hammad ibn Salamah said: A man saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in a dream and said, “O Messenger of Allah, Abu ‘Ayyash is relating such-and-such from you.” He replied, “Abu ‘Ayyash has spoken the truth.” Reported by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah. Graded Sahih by al-Albani.
