عَن طلحةَ بنِ عبيدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا رَأَى الْهِلَالَ قَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ وَالسَّلَامَةِ وَالْإِسْلَامِ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ. وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ

Translation

Talhah ibn ‘Ubayd Allah reported that when the Prophet ﷺ saw the new crescent, he would say: “O Allah, bring it upon us with security, faith, well-being, and Islam. My Lord and your Lord is Allah.” Al-Tirmidhi reported it and said, “This is a hasan gharīb hadith.” The hadith was not studied by al-Albani.
