Translation

Abu Sa‘id al-Khudri reported: On the Day of the Trench, we said, “O Messenger of Allah, is there anything we should say? Our hearts have reached our throats.” He said, “Yes: ‘O Allah, conceal our vulnerabilities and calm our fears.’” He said: Allah then turned the faces of His enemies with the wind and defeated them by means of the wind. Reported by Ahmad. The hadith was not studied by al-Albani.
