Arabic hadith text

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحُزْنِ وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ»

Translation

Anas reported that the Prophet ﷺ would say: “O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry, grief, incapacity, laziness, cowardice, stinginess, the burden of debt, and people’s domination.” Reported by al-Bukhari and Muslim; graded agreed upon by al-Albani.
