وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ رَفْعَكُمْ أَيْدِيَكُمْ بِدْعَةٌ مَا زَادَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى هَذَا يَعْنِي إِلَى الصَّدْر رَوَاهُ أَحْمد

Translation

Ibn ‘Umar reportedly said: ‘Your raising your hands is an innovation. The Messenger of God (peace be upon him) did no more than this’—meaning, up to the chest. Ahmad transmitted it. The Arabic source marks it as not studied by al-Albani.
