Translation

Abu Hurayrah reported: The Messenger of God (peace be upon him) was traveling on the road to Mecca when he passed a mountain called Jummadan. He said, ‘Go on; this is Jummadan. The al-mufarridun have gone ahead.’ They asked, ‘Who are the al-mufarridun, Messenger of God?’ He replied, ‘The men and women who remember God often.’ Muslim transmitted it. The Arabic source grades it sahih (al-Albani).
