It Is Disliked To Favor Some Of One's Children Over Others In Gift-Giving
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الأَحْوَلِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَلأَبِيهِ " لاَ تُشْهِدْنِي عَلَى جَوْرٍ "
Translation
Nu'man b. Bashir (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to his father
Call me not as witness to an injustice.
