For Every Disease There Is A Remedy, And It Is Recommended To Treat Disease
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ "الْحُمَّى مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ فَابْرُدُوهَا
بِالْمَاءِ " .
Translation
'A'isha reported Allah's messenger (ﷺ) as saying
Fever is from the vehement raging of the Hell-fire, so cool it with water.
