The Taking Away Of Knowledge And The Spread Of Ignorance At The End Of Time
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ،
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " يَتَقَارَبُ الزَّمَانُ وَيَنْقُصُ الْعِلْمُ "
. ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِهِمَا .
Translation
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) having said
The time would draw close to the Last Hour and knowledge would decrease. The rest of the hadith is the same.
