Arabic hadith text
وَحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَعَمْرُو بْنُ سَوَّادٍ، قَالَ حَرْمَلَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ الآخَرَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ يَسْتَعِيذُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ .
Translation
Harun ibn Sa‘id, Harmalah ibn Yahya, and Amr ibn Sawwad narrated to me. Harmalah said: Ibn Wahb informed us; the other two said: Ibn Wahb narrated to us; Yunus informed me, from Ibn Shihab, from Humayd ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Hurayra, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) later seeking refuge from the punishment of the grave.
