Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna reported to us: Mu‘adh ibn Hisham reported to us: My father reported to me, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, who said: Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman reported to us that he heard Abu Hurayrah say: By Allah, I will bring you close to the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). Abu Hurayrah would perform qunut in the noon prayer, the late night prayer, and the dawn prayer, praying for the believers and invoking a curse upon the unbelievers.
