I heard Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying that the inmates of Paradise would eat and drink but would neither spit, nor pass water, nor void excrement, nor suffer catarrah. It was said: Then, what would happen with food? Thereupon he said: They would belch and sweat (and it would be over with their food), and their sweat would be that of musk and they would glorify and praise Allah as easily as you breathe.

Scholarly Commentary
This noble hadith describes the perfected state of the inhabitants of Paradise, where all earthly imperfections and discomforts are removed. The Prophet (ﷺ) informs us that while the blessed will enjoy the delights of food and drink, they will be free from all the accompanying impurities and excretions that characterize earthly existence.
The elimination of spitting, urination, defecation, and nasal discharge signifies the transcendence beyond all bodily functions that cause discomfort or impurity. This purification reflects the spiritual purity of Paradise, where nothing foul or unpleasant exists.
The divine wisdom manifests in the transformation of digestion - instead of waste, the blessed experience belching and sweating, both of which become sources of fragrance and worship. The sweat of musk demonstrates how even natural bodily processes become elevated to states of beauty and pleasure in the eternal abode.
Most profoundly, the continuous glorification of Allah becomes as natural and effortless as breathing. This illustrates the ultimate purpose of creation - to worship Allah in a state of perfect harmony, where every action and breath becomes an act of remembrance and praise.
