Night prayers and the number of rak`ah offered by the Prophet (saws) at night, and that Witr is one rak`ah, and a one-rak`ah prayer is correct
Arabic hadith text
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَأَبُو أُسَامَةَ كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ هِشَامٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ
Translation
This hadith has been narrated by Hisham with the same chain of transmitters.
