أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ وَعَلَيْهِ الْمِغْفَرُ فَقِيلَابْنُ خَطَلٍ مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِأَسْتَارِ الْكَعْبَةِ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ اقْتُلُوهُ ‏"
Translation
It was narrated from Ansas that the Prophet entered Makkah wearing a helmet. It was said that Ibn Katal was haging on to the drapes of the Kabah and he said

"Kill him."
