Arabic hadith text
عن أنس، رضي الله عنه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "عليكم بالدلجة، فإن الأرض تطوي بالليل" ((رواه أبو داود بإسناد حسن))
الدلجة : السير في الليل
Translation
Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Keep to travelling by night because the earth is folded (traversed more easily) during the night."[Abu Dawud].
