حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى إِقَامِ الصَّلاَةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ وَالنُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ . قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Muhammad ibn Bashshar narrated to us: Yahya ibn Sa‘id narrated to us, from Isma‘il ibn Abi Khalid, from Qays ibn Abi Hazim, from Jarir ibn ‘Abd Allah, who said: I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to establish the prayer, give the zakat, and offer sincere counsel to every Muslim.
He said: This hadith is hasan sahih.
