‘Umar ibn al-Khattab said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught me to say: ‘O Allah, make my inward state better than my outward one, and make my outward state righteous. O Allah, I ask You for the good of what You grant people in wealth, family, and children, without being misguided or leading others astray.’ Abu ‘Isa said: This is a gharib hadith; we know it only through this route, and its chain is not strong.

The English witness omits Abu ‘Isa’s gharib grade, single-route note, and judgment that the chain is not strong.
Should the compiler’s grade and chain assessment be included?
