حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ، قَالَ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رضى الله عنها كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لاَ يَنَامُ حَتَّى يَقْرَأَ الزُّمَرَ وَبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ . أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ أَبُو لُبَابَةَ هَذَا اسْمُهُ مَرْوَانُ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَسَمِعَ مِنْ عَائِشَةَ سَمِعَ مِنْهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ .

Salih ibn ‘Abdullah narrated to us: Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Abu Lubabah, who said: ‘A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: ‘The Prophet would not sleep until he recited Surah al-Zumar and Banu Isra’il [Surah al-Isra’].’ Muhammad ibn Isma‘il informed me: Abu Lubabah’s name was Marwan, the client of ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Ziyad. He heard from ‘A’ishah, and Hammad ibn Zayd heard from him.
