Qutaybah narrated to us: ʿAbd al-Ḥamīd ibn Sulaymān narrated to us, from Abū Ḥāzim, from Sahl ibn Saʿd, who said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'If this world were worth even a mosquito's wing to Allah, He would not give a disbeliever a sip of water from it.' A report on this subject is also related from Abū Hurayrah. Abū ʿĪsā said: 'This hadith is ṣaḥīḥ gharīb through this chain.'
