Masruq said: “I entered upon Aishah and she brought me food. She said, ‘Whenever I eat my fill, I feel like crying and then I cry.’ I asked why. She replied, ‘I remember the state in which the Messenger of Allah left this world. By Allah, he never ate his fill of bread and meat twice in one day.’” Abu Isa graded this hadith hasan sahih.
