Through this same chain, from ‘A’ishah, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was eating food with six of his Companions when a Bedouin came and ate it in two mouthfuls. The Messenger of Allah said, “Indeed, had he mentioned Allah’s name, it would have sufficed for all of you.”
Abu ‘Isa said: This hadith is hasan sahih. Umm Kulthum was the daughter of Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr al-Siddiq, may Allah be pleased with him.

“Through this same chain” links this report to the preceding isnad. The Arabic wording can mean the Prophet was sharing food with six Companions; this has been rendered without specifying whether six includes him.
