حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرِيزٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى أَنْ تُزَوَّجَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا أَوْ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا . وَأَبُو حَرِيزٍ اسْمُهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ . حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِهِ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي أُمَامَةَ وَجَابِرٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَأَبِي مُوسَى وَسَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدَبٍ .

Nصر ibn Ali al-Jahdami narrated to us: Abd al-A'la ibn Abd al-A'la narrated to us: Sa'id ibn Abi Arubah narrated to us, from Abu Hariz—whose name was Abdullah ibn Husayn—from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas: The Prophet prohibited marrying a woman together with her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt.
Nصر ibn Ali narrated to us: Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Hassan, from Ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet, with a similar report. It is also reported in this chapter from Ali, Ibn Umar, Abdullah ibn Amr, Abu Sa'id, Abu Umamah, Jabir, Aishah, Abu Musa, and Samurah ibn Jundab.
